    Real Digital Servo Press-control press—directly driven by AIDA’s own servo motor, without a fly wheel

    The speed of slides at any position can be set through controlling the rotating speed of servo motors
     
    Suitable for the following forming:
    • Efficient and high-precision forming of difficult-to-form materials
    • Low-noise, low-vibration forming
    • Multiple varied-length forming
     

    Advantages

    1. Equipped with AIDA’s own low RPM, high torque servo motor.
    2. Able to process high value-added products with high precision.
    3. Able to set the most suitable slide movement mode and store in the database even if the materials are difficult-to-form.
    4. Equipped with manual step feed, making die matching and die adjustment easier
