Manufactured at AIDA Engineering Malaysia, the AIDA Hy-Flex Press NC1-E, a C frame press, is highly rigid and well suited for many types of basic metal stamping.

Minimized Press Frame Opening When Loaded:
The highly rigid C Frame construction minimizes the press frame opening caused by elongation and deformation of the frame when the press is loaded. In addition the thick bolster reduces deflection. These features satisfy requirements for higher accuracy metal stamping press work.

C Frame Press Transfer Systems and Automation:
AIDA's C Frame press transfer systems and automation equipment help metal stampers realize high precision and flexible stamping processes with conventional metal stamping presses.

• Highly rigid C frame construction minimizes frame elongation and deflection that occurs during stamping
• AIDA's unique metal seal type Hydraulic Overload Protection (HOLP) - standard on all AIDA C frame presses - activates instantaneously, protecting the press and tooling, and it resets automatically
• A large-size touch screen display that takes stamping press control operability and safety into account has been adopted for the operation panel. A guidance display function is included.
