AIDA Large Coil Feeder LFH Series Features and Benefits

Automation of threading operations from the uncoiler up to the die
Fixed-length feature enables inching operations at preset feed lengths (forward and reverse), helpful for threading material up to the dies and for reset operations after a fault-induced stop
Coil hold-down roll drive torque control applies uniform torque regardless of the effects of any rotational speed changes as the coil gets smaller
ASA Function sets the release position automatically with no need for operator action, roll travel distance is minimal which translates into a major reduction of vibration and noise at the time of release
Easy to clean rolls
A shared HMI that only a press manufacturer can provide : the press HMI can be used to view feeder operation information and to change feeder settings
Material widths of 70 mm ~ 800 mm, and thickness up to 8 mm (12 mm capabilities available as well)
