    Reduce the strike against dies, extending die life

    Noise and vibration are further controlled to ensure precision forming

    The whole drive system clearance is as small as that of AIDA’s other presses equipped with crank motion mechanism
     

    Advantages
    1. Soft touch link motion mechanism prevent heating of dies. Long stamping intervals ensures quality stability
    2. Clearance is less than JIS1 standard, controlling noise and extending die life
    3. Most suitable for large and medium sized plate forming or deep draw forming
    4. Utilized in single-stroke operations as well as in fully automated tandem line systems
