  • Responsible for divisional Human Resource and Administration activities to achieve corporate and divisional objectives.
  • Support the Manager by performing a wide range of administrative and general support duties of a highly responsible and confidential nature.
 
Qualifications & Requirements   Qualifications & Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in business or related field of 5-8 years equivalent experience. Advanced English literate. Knowledge of Japanese Language Proficiency Test Level 2 (JLPT2) is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in all aspects of modern office administration tasks.
  • Requires minimum 5 years’ experience in Human Resources and Administration.
  • In depth knowledge of standard office equipment and business software, including word processing, databases, spread sheets and presentation software. Must be able to type 50 wpm.
  • Above average time management, writing, communication and speaking skills.
  • Ability to identify and maintain confidential information.
  • In depth organizing, managing, and prioritizing skills.
  • Able to communicate well with all levels of staff.
  • Ability to handle people and situations in a professional manner.
  • Regular attendance and punctuality are mandatory for this position.
  • Have Car Driving license and possess own car - mileage claimable
  • Candidate must be resourceful, innovative, creative, pro-active and can work speedily, correctly, and timely at all times.
  • Remunerations will depend on your ability, capability, and capability.
  • Have good experiences in dealing and working with relevant government offices and department.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by superior.

IDA Greater Asia currently has an exciting opportunity in our AIDA GROUP offices for a leadership role in Native Japanese Managers looking to join a world leader in the metal-forming Industry.

  • Their goal is to acquire all essential knowledge to become future Managers /HODs, often in particular fields, such as marketing, sales, service or operations.
  • TWe may often rotate to different countries / companies and departments (e.g., Sales, Service, Marketing, Finance, etc.) to learn all company functions, policies, and staff duties. They contribute to strategic planning and help evaluate employee and department performance (e.g., analyzing, writing reports).
  • Their responsibilities include completing all assigned tasks, which may include, performing duties in different departments, gaining knowledge of operations, learning how to handle disputes, attending meetings and workshops, traveling to other offices, providing support and suggestions for improvement, updating records, and preparing documentation.
  • You should also be able to complete any required evaluations.
  • To be successful, you should have superb attention to detail and be able to promptly identify problems. Outstanding candidates must have great leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

  • A degree in Management or Business (for Sales)
  • A degree in Mechanical and/or Electrical (for Sales & Service Engineering)

  • During your probation / traineeship period, you must show us that you can identify and apply important strategies and business processes.   • Suitable candidates must be Pro-active, Creative, Innovative, able to arrange and prioritize work accordingly.
